What's in the puzzle box?

1. A Japanese postcard. This is the guarantee card, and allows for reimbursement of missing pieces. Do not throw this away before the puzzle is finished.

2. A pack of puzzle glue made specifically for gluing puzzle pieces together.

3. A Sponge or plastic wiper. This is used for applying the glue onto the finished puzzle.
Remember to apply the glue onto the puzzle upon completion of the entire puzzle, and not piece by piece!

How do I know if the puzzle glue is included in the box?

Every puzzle manufactured by a Japanese manufacturer has puzzle glue included in the box.

Puzzles manufactured by other manufacturers (such as Spain, US, Holland, Germany, and so forth) do not come with puzzle glue.

We sell puzzle glue separately.

What do I do if I lose a piece of my puzzle?

In most puzzles, we have a missing piece guarantee.

2. Put the postcard under the missing piece(s).

3. Trace the shape of the missing piece(s).

4. Write down the coordinate(s) of the missing piece(s).
To do so, count the n-th piece from the left, and the n-th piece from the top.

5. Write your name and address on the postcard and send it to the location listed on the card.

How do I apply the puzzle glue?

After finishing the puzzle in its entirety:

1. Put it on a flat surface.

2. Pour the pack of glue on top of your puzzle (the picture side).
NOTE: If your puzzle is glow-in-the-dark, apply the glue at the back of your puzzle (the green paper side).

3. Using the sponge or plastic wiper, make sure that the glue is applied to every single piece. Make sure that the glue goes into the gap between the pieces.

4. Leave the puzzle for 30 to 60 minutes, depending on its size.

5. After the glue dries, your puzzle should be as hard as cardboard.
