How do I order a custom made puzzle with a picture or photo of my choice? It is very simple.
The guide below will lead you through the entire process, step by step.

| The puzzle |
The puzzle itself will be a photo of your choice. It can be a negative, a photo,
a picture or even a computer graphics file with sufficient size(e.g. JPEG). Once you've decided
your photo, bring it to our store and we will process it for you.
The dimension of the image should be at least (640x480 or with a resolution of 300dpi) and in
JPEG format, customer can send their images to us through e-mail. The time needed to manufacture a custom-made puzzle is usually 3 weeks. We will contact you once
it is ready.
To Order, simply send us an email by our Snap-Shot Email Request.
Please remember to include your photo and your email that you used when register with us. If you need special image processing, our charge is $25 per hour. We will let you know how much time it is needed to make the special effect before you confirm the order. Also one
last thing, you do need to pay us first before we can process the photo. Payments can be made through
Paypal, Money Order, or you can pay by card or cash at our store in Richmond.
